Send all broadcast tapes, billboard slides, billboard EPS or JPEG files, billboard copy and traffic instructions to the attention of the Traffic Department.
All on-air tapes and copy instructions must be received 5 working days prior to broadcast. All on-air tapes must be in Beta SP format.
All IPPS and billboard materials: announcer copy and artwork must be received 10 working days prior to air. Artwork for IPPS and Billboards as well as Billboard copy may also be received via e-mail in an "EPS" or "JPEG" file format. Effective 12/31/02 all daytime sponsorship billboards for 13th Juror, Legal Flashback and Newsbreaks are :05 seconds in total. All other billboards are :10 in total.
All Traffic materials must be consistent: the advertiser/product name on the broadcast order must match the advertiser/product name on the instructions. Daypart information should match as closely as possible.
If instructions are faxed, they must be followed by hard copy ASAP. Our fax phone number is (212) 973-7921. Courtroom Television Network does not take liability for commercials that air incorrectly if instructions are not received in hard copy. Also, if commercial materials are received with incorrect labeling that does not comply with contracting information it will not comply with our standards.
